Corrie went on to teach high school math and coach cross country. After taking a break from the classroom to raise her kids, Corrie decided to merge her two passions of teaching and flying, becoming a Certified Flight Instructor. Ken Neet is a Greeley native. He went to college in Southern California where he earned a business degree and had a career teaching accounting at Aims Community College. He doesn’t remember a time when he was not interested in aviation and earned his Private Pilot License the summer after he graduated from high school. He still looks up when he hears a plane fly over and enjoys his involvement with the financial side of Summit Flight Training. When not buried in accounting ledgers, he enjoys the outdoor opportunities of Northern Colorado. Currently his free time is mostly with three grandsons, one of whom has flown with him several times.
